About looprix
looprix is a decentralized Digital Out-Of-Home (DOOH) advertising platform connecting advertisers with physical digital signage displays. By using looprix, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to use looprix. You are responsible for all content you upload and all campaigns you create. Illegal, harmful, or misleading content is prohibited.
Payments and Credits
looprix uses a prepaid wallet model. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed as your campaigns run. There is no subscription — you only pay for what you use. Credits do not expire. The cost of each play derives from the screen's hourly price and the duration of your creative, and is recorded to six decimal places: the amount charged for a single play may therefore differ from the exact value by at most €0.0000005. For a given combination of price and duration the difference is always in the same direction, and depending on the combination it may be rounded down or up: it is not a markup applied by looprix.
Cancellation Policy
You may pause, modify or delete a campaign at any time from your dashboard. The change takes effect immediately on connected screens. A screen that is temporarily offline does not receive it: it keeps showing the campaign according to the last schedule it received, until it reconnects or until it runs out of the offline autonomy set for that screen, at most 7 days. Plays that occur during that period are charged to you when the screen reconnects, and only up to the credit the platform holds as a guarantee for the campaign on that screen: in the worst case that credit is used up in full. By launching a campaign you accept this commitment. Plays that occur while a screen has been away for 14 days or more are not charged to you. Unused credits remain in your wallet and can be applied to future campaigns. Credits are non-refundable except in cases of proven technical error (see Refund Policy).
Limitation of Liability
looprix is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of credits in your wallet at the time of the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
